This cask-aged balsamic vinegar is transferred between a succession of high quality barrels of different sizes over a several year refinement process in high quality wood. Resulting in a rich and assertive condiment with a warm brown brown color and thick fluid consistency. With port and maderia undertones, it is a classic balsamic taste.
